newborn consultation

Newborns are not developmentally capable of sleeping for long stretches through the night as their circadian rhythm has not yet been established, and they need more frequent feedings due to their smaller stomachs. That said, you can still set your child up for success when the time comes by integrating some steps into your daily routine. During this consultation we will discuss some tips to incorporate well before sleep hygiene has been established.

This package is designed for the parents or caretakers of newborns aged 0 - 16 weeks and is priced at $75 for a 45 minute consultation.
